M390特点是防锈，保持性。当然最重要的还是保持性。既然保持性就得切削，既然切削就得薄，既然薄了就得小。

做大直用它没必要，当然切菜，切肉厨刀除外

用它做大直的两种人。一个是被忽悠了的人，一种是土豪。就看你是哪个了。

当然你用来摆在家里供着，平时偶尔出来装下逼啥的就无所谓了。

M390不适合做你那种的刀，它的抗冲击性不够，可以说是很差的。其他性能还是不错的。
