I was able to get another on of these hard to get knives so I thought I would share some pictures and information. This knife was made in 2006 by Busse Combat. This was a Military Over-run knife. This means the goverment may have ordered a few of this knife or similar knives and these were the ones that were left over. These are sterile which means there is no Busse logo identifying what knife this is or where it came from. A lot of military knives are made like that should the knife be found by someone else that not from that military. These were only avil in one color which was a sage blade with standard tan canvas micarta. The blades are saber ground with V-grind edge. The blade shape is a recurve with a skull crusher. The only markings on the blade is the "ST-56" Overall the blade is the perfect shape for a fighter knife with great weight and balance.

Here is the Busse HOG MUK, as you can see it's smaller and fits the hand better. The blade is also thinner so it cuts better and faster with a convexed edge instead of a V-grind. The blade is shorter so there is more control and the handle fits in your hands better and without all the extra weight. I'm sure the satin blade slices much better than the coated blade.

Yea, I got it back from at the NYCKS. The high polish in the blade is very very hard to takes pictures of. I have to take many pictures and choice which ones come out the best.
