    少肥腊肉,鱼干是很好的蛋白质储存来源(我也喜欢风干牛肉= =,但是好特么贵)
    蒸干急冻蔬菜当然不错,我推荐以下几个:青梗,高丽,胡萝卜,西红柿,葱和莴笋
    1斤腊肉1斤鱼干1斤脱水蔬菜,你至少能比较舒服的吃上1到1周半(前提是你有大量的水)
    主食?主食最好选择:燕麦
    这两公斤食物,我真的能吃一周哦,要补充以下,记得买点干燥剂,跑路户外皆可

    中国人最好的,大米+干鱼+香肠+榨菜+脱水绿叶+黄豆,够吃一阵。最好+每天25O克水果
