The Busse Combat HG55 was introduced in 2009. This is made with INFI steel.
5.5" Blade 10.75" Overall .25" Thick with CBT (Corrugated Bevel Technology)

This is one of the Military Over Run Edition. It has the larger CBTs but does not go to the tip. Leaving the tip without the CBTs makes the tip thicker and thus stronger! This particular model was very popular was made with a camo coated finih on the blade with tan canvas micarta handles.

This exact knife was made for a Knob Creek Gun Show in spring of 2012. None of these knives ever made it to the gun show itself, all of them were sold on Thursday night. As many of you know, Jerry Busse announced that they will no longer be doing the Competition Finish as an option until further notice! There was a total of three different models of these Competition Finish HG55 and this is one of the three with more of the CBT.
The Competition Finish is NOT a satin finish and is just can uncoated blade, stamped with the Busse logo. There may be imperfection in the finish which may consist of dimples or machining marks.
This is same as the one above but without the coating and it comes with the strong G10 Handles
HG55 .25" Thick Competition Finish Military Over-run Green/Black G10
This last one is pretty much the same knife as above but is the Knob Creek version of the Military Over Run Edition where it has a beefed up thicker tip to make it bomb proof! There are no CBTs near the point.
